Medium
Instructions
Ingredients:
2 ounces passion fruit purée or passion fruit liqueur
1 ounce chili-infused vodka (or regular vodka + a pinch of chili)
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce honey syrup (1:1 honey and warm water)
3 ounces ginger beer
Ice cubes
Lime wheel or dried chili, for garnish
Fresh mint or a thin slice of red chili (optional garnish)
Instructions:
Prepare the Glass:
Fill a rocks glass or stemmed cocktail glass with ice cubes to chill.
Build the Base:
Pour the passion fruit purée, chili-infused vodka, fresh lime juice, and honey syrup over the ice.
Add Heat & Fizz:
Top with ginger beer to add spice and effervescence.
Gently Combine:
Stir once or twice to blend the flavors while keeping the drink lively.
Garnish:
Garnish with a lime wheel. For extra flair and heat, add a dried chili or a thin slice of fresh red chili. A mint sprig adds a cooling aromatic contrast.
Notes:
Sweet–Heat Balance:
Adjust the honey syrup for sweetness and the chili level for heat. A little spice goes a long way—aim for warmth, not burn.
Passion Fruit Tip:
Fresh passion fruit purée gives the brightest flavor, but a quality passion fruit liqueur works beautifully for a smoother, slightly sweeter profile.
The Fiery Passion Cocktail is inspired by tropical flavors paired with gentle heat—bright passion fruit, zesty lime, warming chili, and spicy ginger. It’s designed to feel bold and seductive, with a balance of sweet, tart, and fiery notes that linger on the palate.
Variations:
Swap vodka for tequila or mezcal for a smokier edge.
Add a splash of pineapple juice for a more tropical, rounded flavor.
Rim the glass with chili-salt or Tajín for an extra fiery kick.
Replace ginger beer with sparkling water for a lighter, drier version.
